ReplyDeleteResidents are trained to help with stranded whales as this is regular occurrence in the area. Work stops overnight for safety reasons, with volunteers being in possible danger being around stressed animals of that size. "Lots of people will be there pretty quick and already have the knowledge and training to help effectively."
